We specialize in seafood and vegetarian dishes. Our menu changes from time to time depending on seasons and supplies. We always try to offer two different choices of a main course and dessert, which you can chose when you call for booking. Currently available choices are  listed below.  You can also see our larger general menu, from which the current menu is selected based on product availability. Bon appetite!

Price:  all complete meals (entry, main course and dessert)  have fixed price of $135 EC Dollars (XCD), (or $55 USD), and include two complimentary drinks.  Some of available extras are listed and priced below.

Privacy Option: It is possible that our 8-persons table will be shared with other guests. If a complete privacy is important to you, you can buy-out all spaces (if not already booked) @ $70 per space.  For example, if you come with one more person but want the Privacy Option, you can buy-out six other spaces at 6x$70 EC.  If there is four of you coming, you can buy-out four remaining spaces at 4x$70 EC. This would assure your total privacy and undisturbed dining experience.

Hummus– those who travelled in Middle East and Mediterranean know that hummus can be amazingly good – simply incomparable with commercially made stuff found in our stores, and that it differs from region to region. Ours is based on a rare Egyptian recipe from a Bedouin tribe of Sinai Desert – the best hummus you’ve ever tried. Healthy, filling and nutritious, it has an irresistible taste. Try it if you dare! Loaded with peas, garlic, onions, tahina, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon – it is blended together with aromatic oriental spices. Served with our fresh German style rye bread.

Hot Olives in Wine – imported olives elaborately spiced for an amazing taste, simmered in olive oil spice mix with red wine and French brandy – served WARM.  Served with our fresh German style rye bread.

Smoked Marlin Cream– fresh marlin fish marinated overnight and smoked for 6 hours with hickory wood in our own smoker, then prepared with olive oil, egg yolks and spices – a fantastic spread! Served with our fresh German style rye bread.

Or
Smoked Marlin Rolls – a sushi-like looking, rolled soft crepe dough filled with smoked marlin, lettuce, spices and other additions. Simply delicious!

Pierogi (Perogy, Perogies)– traditional Polish/Ukrainian hand-made delicacy at its absolute best, stuffed with matured cheese blend. Warning – they may be quite addictive!

Main Course – seafood:
Grilled fish
(marlin, tuna, or similar) – marinated in our own spicy mix and briskly grilled to preserve freshness. Juicy and light flavoured. Served with fine Nicoise salad, Gnocchi on garlic butter, or Rice Pilaf  (fine Basmati rice prepared with Indian spices, nuts and almonds).

Indian Style Plate – Grilled marlin, tuna, or similar fish marinated with ginger and mix of aromatic hot Indian spices. Served with Rice Pilaf (fine Basmati rice prepared with Indian spices, nuts and almonds) and with Jaipur Gajar Aloo (slowly cooked onions, potatoes, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, and other vegetables mixed with freshly ground aromatic spices such as cumin, crushed chilli, turmeric, chana, fennel, cinnamon, mace, cardamom, ginger, and more.) Fresh home-made garlic Naan bread completes your East Indian experience. All cooked with best spices and lots of love.

Main Courses – vegetarian:
Gnocchi with Tomatoes and Basil
– a classic Italian dish with pan-fried chopped tomatoes, aromatic herbs, garlic, olives, fine cheese – all mixed with freshly made gnocchi (round soft-pasta-like discs).

Crepes Extravaganza– freshly made crepes stuffed with melted cheese mix, chopped tomatoes on garlic, caper-berries, and Italian mix of herbs. Simply delicious, elegant and aromatic treat. Served with salad enriched with glazed walnuts.

Desserts:
Lava Cake– a decadent dark chocolate treat, served hot! Melts down in your mouth. Created with fine imported Italian chocolate.  Texture, flavour, aroma – it’s a dynamite!

Linzen Torte– The secret of Linzen Torte lies in its dark, almond infused dough lending its unusual texture and flavour to the whole pastry. Covered with jammed raspberries, marzipan, with aromatic spices and also some brandy – this elegant pastry traditionally served in Austria around Christmas time is an absolute delight for shortbread-type cake lovers. A slice of Heaven!

Cheesecake Fantasy– our take on Vienna style cheesecake, topped with aromatic citrusy  cream and melt chocolate.

Gnocchi ai Frutti di Mare– mixed seafood fried with spices on olive oil, served with freshly made gnocchi (round soft-pasta-like discs),  topped with aromatic herbs.

Bouillabaisse Soup– an amazing French style thick, stew-like mixed seafood soup prepared with fresh herbs, leek,  white wine, and other fine imported ingredients.  Served with ajoli sauce. Simply amazing dish. Not just a soup, it is filling and satisfying meal.

Nicoise Summer Salad– mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, chunks of hard-boiled eggs, marinated olives, Sicilian anchovies, and more – with rich sauce made of mustard, herbs, wine, olive oil and spices. Topped with chunks of lightly grilled fish. A feast to remember.

Main Courses – vegetarian:
Italian Style Eggplants– sliced and grilled eggplants are baked in mix of Italian cheeses, tomato sauce, sage, and other spices.  Aromatic and creamy dish looking a bit like lasagna, it is one of our long-time favourites.

Hot Drinks: Teas
Darjeeling Tea– selected for delicate, elegant flavour, light and fulfilling – a champagne among teas, as experts say! This rare, special tea is imported from a German specialty shop. $10 ECD

Assam– full-bodied dark tea – quite opposite to Darjeling. A strong, decisive brew. $7 ECD

Yorkshire Tea– popular in Britain blend of strong, dark tea. $7 ECD

Safari – Dark African tea blend. Strongly flavoured and robust, it has dark, dry and unusual notes. $10 ECD

Sen-Cha Japanese Green Tea –a fine import from Japan, it has typical delicate flavour of sen-cha teas, healthy choice for tea lovers, known anti-oxidant. $10 ECD

Ma-Cha Japanese
Green Tea– the tea of teas! Famous top quality tea that comes as a green powder and requires a bamboo whisker for brewing. One of the most fine and healthy teas, super anti-oxidant! $20 ECD

Espresso– authentic strong espresso coffee from our Italian machine, real Barista flavour.   Single shot $7, Double shot $10

Cappuccino– frothed milk and a mix of Arabica and Robusta beans make it a real treat! Comes from our fine Italian machine. $15

Caffe Latte (‘grand crème’)– Large cup of strong espresso coffee (mix of Arabica and Robusta beans)  with steamed milk and lots of froth.  $15

Cold Drinks: Soft Drink– (sprite, coke) served with ice in a tall glass – $5

Hyper Malt– served with ice in a tall glass – $7

Home-made Juice– served with ice in a tall glass – $7
